Further to this, the top management is committed to comply with the relevant legislation and the construction industry standard.
Measurable quality objectives are determined and set by the top management of HGCC. The company’s Quality Objectives are as follows:.
1. The execution of project as per contract requirements should meet the satisfaction of the client.
2. Monitor and improve the implementation and effectiveness of the QMS through Audit Administration.
3. Use the QMS to improve the measure of the company performance and regularly improve it by correcting and preventing the non-conformities and deficiencies.
4. Develop the QMS to reflect changes to the construction industry and to the need of the clients.
5. Provision of the safe working condition, systems and methods of work, while minimizing the effects on the surrounding environment.
6. Strict compliance on the CYS EN ISO9001:2000 Third Party Certificate.
7. The effective control of work affecting quality is ensured by the continuous training of the staffs, the availability of technology, advance equipment, and the careful selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
8. The HGCC top management communicates the Quality Policy and objectives to all staff, ensure that they are properly understood.
The quality policy objectives will be periodically reviewed and do necessary revisions in order to improve the Company’s current philosophy, principle and practices.
